Certificate Course in Hotel & Catering Management
(Bi-Annual)

Eligibility Qualification -

Secondary School Certificate Examination pass with English or its equivalent with 2 years experience in managerial or supervisory capacity in a recognized hotel, restaurant or catering establishment. Or

Graduate with English from a recognized University with one Year?xperience in a recognized hotel, restaurant or catering establishment in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Or

Secondary School Certificate Examination pass with English or its equivalent and pass in any of the Craftsmanship Courses viz. Food Production & Pattisserie, Food & Beverage Service, Cookery, Bakery & Confectionery Canning & Food Preservation, Hotel Reception & Book-keeping recognized by govt. in any catering or, Craft Institute, with one year experience in a recognized Hotel, Restaurant or Catering Establishment. Preference will be given in the following order :
1. Sponsored candidates from the industry

2. Passed one year Craftsman \ course in Food Production & Pattisserie or Food & Beverage Service, Bakery & Confectionery or Canning and Food Preservation from IHMCTAN, Mumbai.

3. Graduates.

4. Passed six months Craft certificate course from any or the Food Craft Institute or Regional Colleges.

Minimum Age
18 years as on 1st June.

Selection
Based on personal interview and experience in Catering establishment.

Duration
21 Weeks Full Time Twice a year (June/ July & Nov./Dec.)
